Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Assist in basic account openings for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.

• Support branch sales activities by participating in seminars and promotions.
• Adhere to legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to protect customer and bank assets.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citigroup policies and applicable laws.
