Responsibilities

• Process monetary transactions of retail and commercial customers (cashier’s checks, money orders, etc.).
• Balance cash drawer to ensure accurate cash position and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and respond to customer inquiries.
• Comply with all departmental policies and procedures and support branch team goals.
