Balance cash drawer and complete cash handling procedures.
Answer product and service questions and cross-sell related products.
Perform bank opening and closing procedures as needed.
Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
Address customer problems and provide timely solutions.
Assist training of new employees and respond to coworker questions.
Complete quarterly regulatory training.
