Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience involving the analysis and interpretation of financial information, including financial analysis or credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participates in structured rotational assignments to develop a broad understanding of the Bank’s lending businesses and underwriting practices.
• Develops foundational knowledge in financial analysis, credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan structuring by working with seasoned underwriters and bankers.
• Participates in credit discussions, meetings, and activities to understand lending decisions and risk considerations.
• Gains exposure to the loan process from origination through approval, documentation, and booking, plus portfolio management activities.
• Learns bank policies, procedures, credit standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
• Attends meetings with senior leaders to understand the bank’s strategic priorities and performance.
