Greenfield Savings Bank in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Banking Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support efficient branch operations. The BA serves as a single point of contact for customers and may assume supervisory responsibilities depending on branch size.

Key duties include processing deposits, withdrawals, wires and loan-related tasks; identifying cross-sell opportunities and referring customers to other lines of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering superior customer service in a banking or retail setting.
• Proven track record in sales with cross-selling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide unparalleled customer service during each interaction with customers both in person and on the phone.
• Partner with other lines of business to generate referrals and build relationships.
• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) and support branch operations as needed.
• Meet individual sales and service goals and ensure compliance with bank policies.
