Qualifications

• Great interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills

Responsibilities

• Provide unparalleled customer service during each interaction with a high level of professionalism (in person and on the phone)
• Partner with other lines of business to make quality customer referrals
• Contribute to building a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and legal guidelines
• Engage in self-improvement through training courses and ongoing curiosity
• Work with management to bring in new business through relationship-based selling to meet sales goals
• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) and issue official items as needed
• Handle wires, fraud, debit cards, research, and new accounts (consumer and small business)
• Meet individual sales and service goals
• Advise customers on how our products and services meet their financial needs
• Additional duties as assigned by management
