Qualifications

• Six months to one-year related experience or equivalent.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Must be able to obtain NMLS registration and pass background/credit checks.
• Proficient with basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and supporting financial wellness.
• Manage daily banking operations including opening/closing accounts and transactions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and refer to internal partners.
• Collaborate with team to meet branch goals and growth.
• Handle and reconcile cash, checks, and negotiables while maintaining vault, ATM, and coin machine responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including BSA, CIP, and internal policies.
