Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail banking experience, including teller and sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service and perform banking functions with high expertise.
• Open accounts, perform account inquiries, teller transactions, and branch operations.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
• Identify customer financial needs and refer to appropriate bank specialists.
• Balance self and branch daily and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services for customers.
