Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of bank products and services and ability to reference them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, personalized service to Bank customers; establish rapport to recognize and meet their banking needs.
• Perform financial transactions for customers accurately and efficiently.
• Balance teller window and ATM daily; adhere to security and bank procedures.
• Cross-sell Bank products and services and refer customers as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information.
