Job summary

Qualifications

• Teller training and initial platform training are required upon hire.
• Notary license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating and referring TD Products.
• Establishes and nurtures customer relationships with product knowledge and proactive listening.
• Manages wait times to schedule banker appointments and supports the customer journey.
• Engages in lobby leadership and serves as first point of contact for inquiries.
• Promotes TD products and refers customers to store colleagues or partners as needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies and completes required training.
