Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent or currently attending high school
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass background investigation
• Must work well with others in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment
• Process deposits and payments accurately and balance daily transactions
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires and CDs
• Cross-sell bank services and products to customers
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Attend to customers professionally and maintain attendance/punctuality
