Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and advise on bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies under supervisor direction.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned.
• Participate in an active sales environment with in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay outs; balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
