Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 1–2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven performance in problem solving and building customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, displaying tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records across branches: debit/ATM card ordering and customer identification details.
• Process deposit accounts/IRAs: new accounts, updates, rate changes.
• Manage safe deposit boxes: new agreements and verifications.
• Provide accurate documentation and strong customer service.
