Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 1–2 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven problem solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, showing tact and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work accurately and timely.
• Working knowledge of accounting, banking principles, and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for all Nebraska branches including debit/ATM card ordering.
• Manage customer information updates and account maintenance tasks.
• Process deposits, IRAs, rate changes, and related maintenance.
• Add new customers and verify information; manage safe deposit box agreements.
