Job Summary

The Banker will support consumer and business clients by opening accounts, recommending appropriate banking products, processing transactions, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts, business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and related banking products based on experience level.
• Interview and profile clients to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Cross-sell bank services, generate new business opportunities, and refer clients to internal partners as needed.
• Process teller transactions, maintain accurate records, and support strong balancing and documentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, BSA requirements, information security standards, and applicable banking regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional service to clients in person and by phone while helping retain at-risk customers.

Compensation And Benefits

• Job Type: Direct Hire.

• Salary Range: $20 to $31.90 per year.
