Qualifications

• Language skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer service procedures to greet customers professionally and by name.
• Observe and participate in transaction processing training with a Teller Supervisor or trainer.
• Receive and process checking and savings transactions and related payments; verify signatures and endorsements per policy.
• Answer routine questions about bank transactions, services, and procedures; escalate complex issues to Teller Supervisor or Lead Teller.
• Prepare and receive payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and advise customers on services and promotions.
