Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high-quality teller service.
• Receive and process checking and savings transactions and loan payments.
• Issue money orders, bank checks, and process bond redemptions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain confidentiality of account information.
• Refer customers to other bank departments for additional services.
• Answer inquiries and assist customers via telephone with courtesy.
• Support bank campaigns and other activities as needed.
