Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide, with numbers and decimals.

• Learn to follow customer service procedures to meet high standards and greet customers professionally.
• Develop expertise in processing checking and savings transactions, verifying signatures and endorsements.
