Job summary

You will balance the window, verify identifications, and protect customers and the bank from fraud while identifying sales opportunities.

You’ll profile customers to determine banking needs, advise on loan and deposit products, and complete documentation with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience.
• Retail training program including CSR and RSA training.
• NMLS SAFE Act certification required upon hire and maintained annually.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window, processing a variety of transactions with accuracy and fraud awareness.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and recommend appropriate S&T loan and deposit products.
• Balance window cash daily and perform ATM settlement where applicable.
• Contribute to branch goals by meeting sales/service standards and handling loan applications with LOS software.
