Job summary

This is a full-time teller role with regional travel between North Central Region branches. The Mount Vernon Downtown Office will serve as the home base, with flexible hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally per Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Complete transactions timely and accurately per bank procedures.
• Project the bank's professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt issue resolution.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required training to stay informed.
