Park National Bank is seeking a full-time teller to provide friendly, accurate service to customers. The role involves processing transactions, referring loan/deposit opportunities to experts, and staying current with product knowledge to meet client needs.

The position emphasizes adherence to procedures, cash security, and compliance while delivering a high level of service within Park Promises standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 0–2 years cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely and accurately per bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts as needed.
• Maintain product and service knowledge through ongoing training.
• Suggest products and services to meet customer needs.
• Protect bank assets by following policies and procedures.
• Promote in-branch activities and campaigns as applicable.
• Communicate recommendations to improve workflow and service.
