• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of identity and funds
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Balance cash drawer within established guidelines
• Assist with lobby management and guide customers to the right team member
• Answer calls and direct inquiries per bank standards
