First Citizens National seeks a friendly Teller to provide prompt, courteous service and accurate processing of bank transactions. You will handle cash and deposits, and assist customers with a range of products and services.

The role requires strong cash handling, math and loss-prevention awareness, with a focus on security and compliance. Potential travel to other banking centers may be required.

Formación

• High school GED or equivalent.
• Cash handling and customer service experience.
• Typing, computer skills and telephone skills.
• Math skills and ability to interpret, and apply detailed information.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer transactions including cash and checks, deposits, loans and payments.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile daily per bank policy.
• Assist customers with products/services to meet needs and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Adhere to security procedures and government regulations.
