Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly.
• Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and fraud resolution.
• Protect and verify members' identities and review account information for alerts and irregularities.
• Identify potential fraud or abuse and respond appropriately.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple systems and engagement techniques to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional bank products and services.
• Maintain compliance with policies while ensuring a positive member interaction.
