Job summary

SouthEast Bank in Knoxville is seeking a Teller to serve customers, process transactions, and refer needs to the appropriate departments. You will be the first contact for many customers and must be courteous, accurate, and efficient.

The role requires strong cash handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training covers bank products, compliance, and customer service expectations, with potential Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Cash handling or sales experience, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Successful completion of teller training and any other compliance training deemed necessary by the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete customer transactions according to established guidelines.
• Identify referral opportunities and make appropriate referrals.
• Contribute, support and develop effective relationships with branch partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Pursue ongoing education of bank products and regulations.
