Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, Savings Bonds, and loan/credit payments.
• Follow procedures to meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Review account information and assist customers with questions using internal systems.
• Perform branch opening and closing duties.
• Manage cash drawer and balance daily.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports.
