Responsibilities

• Performs routine teller transactions and processes deposits, withdrawals, checks, payments, transfers, and items received via mail or night drop.
• Provides exemplary customer service in person and over the phone; informs customers about rates, services charges, and limitations; makes referrals for additional products.
• Maintains cash balance and adheres to cash handling policies; reviews transactions for red flags and possible fraud.
• Gathers data and processes reports (e.g., Currency Transaction Reports, holds, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance; assists with branch audits.
