Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell and/or refer bank's products and services to customers and prospects.
• Demonstrate a continuously helpful, friendly attitude and adhere to Service Quality Standards.
• Receive and handle deposits of all types and ensure proper endorsement on negotiable instruments.
• Cash checks and process other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to check handling guidelines, drawer limits, and signing authority.
• Reconcile cash and transactions per teller balancing standards and report results.
• Maintain a neat and secure work area and protect customer information.
• Follow security policies and procedures; adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies.
• Perform other duties within the branch as assigned.
