Responsibilities

• Sell and/or refer bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Maintain friendly, helpful attitude and adhere to Service Quality Standards.
• Receive and handle deposits and endorse negotiable instruments.
• Cash checks and process transactions accurately according to bank policies.
• Follow security policies and check handling guidelines; observe signing limits.
• Reconcile cash and transactions and submit daily balance sheets.
• Keep work area neat and secure customer information at all times.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
• Perform other duties within the branch as assigned.
