Responsibilities

• Sell and/or refer bank's products and services to customers and prospects.
• Demonstrate a continuously helpful, friendly attitude and adhere to Service Quality Standards.
• Receive and handle deposits of all types and ensure proper endorsements on negotiable instruments.
• Cash checks and process transactions accurately and efficiently per policies and procedures.
• Adhere to check handling guidelines, drawer limits, and signing authority.
• Reconcile cash and transactions to teller balancing standards and report results daily.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area and protect confidentiality of customer information.
• Adhere to security policies and procedures; follow bank guidelines during robberies.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies and comply with government regulations.
• Perform other duties within the branch as assigned.
