• Sell and/or refer bank's products and services to customers and prospects.
• Demonstrate a continuously helpful, friendly attitude and adherence to Service Quality Standards.
• Receive and handle deposits of all types and ensure proper endorsement on negotiable instruments.
• Cash checks and process other transactions accurately and efficiently per policies and procedures.
• Adhere to check handling guidelines, drawer limits, and signing authority.
• Reconcile cash and transactions to teller balancing standards and report results daily.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area and secure confidential records and customer information.
• Adhere to security policies and procedures.
• Follow bank guidelines before, during, and after a robbery.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies.
• Ensure actions comply with government regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties within the branch as assigned.
