• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other negotiable items.
• Safeguard assets and ensure transaction accuracy and security.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Assist customers with questions, account maintenance, or research.
• Stay knowledgeable about processes, products, and services offered.
• Verify endorsements, IDs, and detect counterfeit currency.
• Comply with applicable banking laws and internal policies.
• Support management and train peers as needed.
