This entry-level role requires reliability, basic math, and solid communication skills. The CSR will work in a team, meet performance standards, and participate in training through Alpine Bank Academy. Prolonged standing and occasional travel may occur.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; Colorado driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of banking compliance regulations and basic fraud detection.
• Ability to handle cash, deposits, and everyday banking transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and cross-sell bank products as appropriate.
• Process deposits, cash checks, wire requests, and other transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Operate teller software and office tools with minimal errors.
• Assist with on-site and vault duties, following bank policies.
