General Summary:

As a Teller, you are the first point of contact for our clients. Through greeting clients, building rapport, and creating excitement throughout their transaction, you are responsible for providing an exceptional client experience. Tellers process basic banking transactions such as: deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, Tellers are expected to follow policies and operational procedures to ensure the teller line remains compliant. The Teller role is an entry-level position for individuals to learn the financial industry and grow their career.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior Customer Service experience
• Prior Cash Handling experience

Physical Demands:

• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Communicating with others to exchange information
