Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of teller or customer service banking experience in a branch or call center environment.
• Strong sales, service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interacts well with others and works in a team environment.
• Strong organizational, technical and computer skills.
• Adapts well to change and multitasks effectively.
• Knowledge of teller and customer service processes, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Highly proficient in processing teller transactions and routine customer service tasks.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend products or solutions.
• Open basic deposit accounts and assist with electronic banking inquiries and maintenance.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately.
• Provide high-level service to customers, coworkers and team members.
• Follow policies, security, compliance and operations guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training in sales, service, compliance and product knowledge.
• May float to another local branch to cover staffing if needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
