Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Develop and retain the customer base, greet by name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution.
• Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
• Receives checks and cash for deposit to savings and checking accounts, verifies deposit amounts, and examines checks for endorsement and negotiability.
• Process complex multi-step teller transactions.
• Research and offer solutions to resolve customer issues and follow up.
• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs, referring customers to platform associates within the branch, and meeting referral goals.
• Make sales calls to clients and/or prospects on a weekly basis to meet calling goals of the branch while recording these activities in Salesforce.
• Maintain referral goals and product knowledge.
• Maintain balancing and error records per policy and assist in outages and errors as needed.
• Follow operational standards regarding security, risk management, and compliance.
• Complete required training for all bank and branch policies and procedures.
• Meet scheduled working hours as designated by manager and dress code.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
