Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of cash handling or customer service experience. You may cover the Hendersonville office as needed, with typical hours 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to remain standing 75% of the time, operate a computer, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally per Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and per bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product knowledge and required training for a broad base of products, services and sales.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products to meet needs.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Deliver high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
