Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank is seeking a Teller to be the face of the branch and deliver world-class customer service. You will handle transactions with accuracy, balance daily, and identify opportunities to refer customers to bankers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of cash handling or retail banking experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window and balance daily as per policy.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Meet or exceed teller sale/referral goals.
• Develop relationships with clients and refer to bankers as appropriate.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.
• Handle night deposits, ATM balancing, and related duties as assigned.
