Responsibilities

• Performs routine teller transactions and processes deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, transfers, and mail/night drop items.
• Provides exemplary customer service in person and over the phone, and informs customers about rates, services charges, and product benefits.
• Maintains cash balances, follows cash handling policies, and monitors for red flags and security concerns.
• Assists at other branches as needed.
• Gathers data and processes reports to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory programs.
