Stone-Bank in Mountain View, AR is seeking a full-time Teller to provide accurate cash handling and customer service in a retail banking setting. You will process deposits and withdrawals, open and maintain basic accounts, and promote bank products.

Responsibilities include balancing the cash drawer, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs while following bank policies and security procedures.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of in-house training program or other approved training program.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment such as adding machines and typewriter.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and verify cash and checks for deposits; issue receipts.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash transactions at end of shift.
• Open and manage accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and order checks.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers for additional services.
• Handle customer inquiries, stop payments, and order copies of statements.
