Job summary

The Equitable Bank in Wisconsin seeks a Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service, identify customer needs, and connect clients with the right financial solutions. This role blends service with sales and relationship building to support branch growth.

You will work Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings, with occasional travel for training and helping at another office, and opportunities for on-the-job training and career advancement within

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Retail, financial, or service-based sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships.
Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and branch growth.
Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates and offers.
Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to explain features and benefits.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately.
Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, loan servicing, and other departments.
