• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and educate customers on self-service options.
• Support audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming branch environment; may support nearby branches as needed.
