Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service and cash handling experience in a customer facing role required.

Responsibilities

• Process basic to moderately complex banking transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures.
• Deliver exemplary customer service in person and over the phone; inform customers about rates, services, fees, and options.
• Balance cash and ensure accuracy; follow cash handling policies and security guidelines.
