Responsibilities

• Serve customers by completing account transactions.
• Provide account services by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, and recording deposits.
• Sell cashier’s checks, gift cards, pre-paid cards and money orders.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and refer customers to other bank services.
• Record transactions and reconcile cash drawer and other transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products by informing customers of services and promotions.
• Open and close accounts, handle special requests, and provide referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with security procedures.
• Contribute to team effort and perform other duties as assigned.
