Job summary

KeyBank is hiring a Teller in Greece, NY. You will provide in-person client service, handle cash transactions, and help clients with their accounts while identifying opportunities to promote bank products. You’ll balance cash drawers daily and adhere to all policies, with occasional Saturday shifts.

You will listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker for deeper guidance, supporting the bank’s commitment to client success and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experience in a client service role (required).
• Experience in cash handling (required).
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required).
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients to the Bank and assisting with account transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using financial wellness tools.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follow procedures.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Comply with policies, maintain product knowledge, and support branch operations.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
