Job summary

RiverBank is seeking a Bank Teller / CSR to serve as the primary contact for customers at the Pocahontas branch. You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments and account inquiries, while delivering exceptional service and promoting banking solutions.

The role requires accurate transaction recording and strict compliance with banking policies. The position emphasizes cash handling, customer education, and problem resolution, with responsibilities including identity verification and support

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other banking transactions.
• Educate customers on available products and services and identify opportunities to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve account issues or discrepancies, and escalate when necessary.
• Verify customer identity and transaction documents to ensure validity.
• Accurately process and record financial transactions per bank policies.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and customer information in banking systems.
• Perform accurate mathematical calculations to process transactions and balance cash drawers.
• Assist with branch cash management and vault procedures.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
