Job summary

21st Century Bank in Blaine, MN seeks a FT Bank Teller/Account Services Representative to join our Consumer Banking Team. You will handle teller transactions, open/close personal accounts, and promote bank services.

We value personal service and accuracy in cash handling, with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to bank hours. A $1,000 hiring bonus is offered, with payouts at 90 days and 1 year upon meeting attendance and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of consecutive customer service experience in financial services, retail sales, or customer-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated customer service-oriented skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Must be detail-oriented with demonstrated skills to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Proven ability to access situations, problem solve and work towards a resolution.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet required deadlines.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office products and Outlook.
• High School diploma or GED required- Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and assist with opening and closing personal accounts.
• Promote bank services and refer customers to lending or other banking representatives.
• Process loan payments, online banking, and other routine banking tasks.
• Build customer relationships and provide accurate, friendly service.
