Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous Teller, cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with a calculator.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window to process deposits and cash checks.
• Balance cash daily and handle loan payments.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products when appropriate.
• Open/close vault and maintain cash controls.
• Follow risk and security procedures and protect customer information.
• Assist customers with self-service options and banking inquiries.
