Heritage Bank is seeking a Bank Teller at our Oak Harbor Branch to provide exceptional customer service, handle routine financial transactions, and support branch sales efforts through referrals. This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with flexibility required for training and coverage.
Salary ranges are based on experience and role level:
Our total rewards package includes competitive base salary, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), community volunteer time, and generous paid time off (minimum 10 vacation days, 8 sick days, 11 holidays, and an annual float day). Benefits are pro-rated based on start date and hours worked.
This branch is a designated travel team location, supporting primarily Island and Skagit counties, with potential travel to other surrounding areas.
