Our Retail Bankers are the face of our organization and are vital in caring for our customers daily. As a Retail Banker, you will receive training to successfully engage with customers and enhance their experience by offering suitable products and services. The knowledge gained will prepare you for advancement and a robust career in banking at Woodforest. Key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending beneficial bank products and services.
2. Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
3. Handling branch duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
4. Using problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with the Woodforest Experience training.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; or
• Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree.

Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be positive and engaging.

Formal Education & Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Status:

• Full-time.

Supervisory Responsibility:

• None.

Travel:

Minimal overnight travel expected; may cover nearby branches up to 45 miles from your assigned location based on business needs.

Working Conditions:

Standing most of the time, with occasional walking, bending, stooping, sitting, and lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs.
